•  Housing: 21 individuals have lost their homes; a total of 17 homes have been destroyed, and 2 suffered significant fire damage, and many more have smoke, ash and/or debris damage. About 40 people are still displaced; 6 are living in hotels.

•  FEMA Deadline Extended: Homeowners and renters impacted by the wildfires now have until Monday, March 31 to apply for federal disaster assistance. To learn more about FEMA assistance click here.   

• New Assistance:

Home Loss File System: Out of the Ashes, a non-profit group of community members in San Diego, has created a home loss file system after they had suffered a wildfire in their community. Pasadena Village is making this system available to members at our office. Respond to Tino at tino@pasadenavillage.org to get one delivered to you. 

About Senior Solutions:  Free navigation of FEMA, insurance, housing options from the company About Senior Solutions. If you need help, ask Nathan to connect you with them (nathan@pasadenavillage.org).

Group therapy and case management: Independence at Home will conduct sessions at the Village office soon. Also offering case management services (navigating FEMA, insurance, housing, etc.), individual therapy sessions, technology assistance, and educational courses.

Phoenix Rising Support Group - Facilitated by Care Team member Wayne April, this new support group will be held on Zoom on Saturday, March 15, Sunday,  at 1 PM.

Individual therapy sessions: If you know anyone who might benefit from sessions with a licensed therapist through Foothill Family, please email nathan@pasadenavillage.org
