The American Institute of Architects Pasadena Foothill Chapter has compiled a wide range of materials about the rebuilding process for property owners impacted by the Eaton Fire. This discussion will focus on the roles and responsibilities of the various parties involved, including the agency, owner, insurer, lender, architect, structural engineer, and contractor.  Our goal is to provide community members with the information they need in order to move forward with the rebuilding process with confidence, and answer questions that help to inform this process. We will have licensed architects ready through our Ask an Architect program to answer questions before and after the event as well.
